06-05-2017 Padley Gorge
A good turn out for the SBSG trip to Padley but a cold grey morning almost shooting in the dark!! High ISO, very low shutter and wide open aperture (monopod used). We found a few birds which were reasonably obliging and the surprise birds were a party of Crossbill.

First trip for a while to Padley but at least 5 males singing and a single female. Males investigating boxes and a bonus Lesser Spotted Woodpecker calling.
