Working in Boston for the day was a bonus when a 4am start from Sheffield was a success when this little stunner was just a few feet from the 360 hide. Poor light and rain at 6am meant high ISO but still got to be happy with another new bird for me!

This site turned up another first for me when a stonking Caspian Tern appeared for a day and entertained all present by fishing around the reserve, catching and dropping a Perch in the process
